Harvest to Determine durum price direction

Durum stocks in the EU have declined, and production is down in North Africa, including key durum user Morocco.  However, durum stocks and production look to rebound in the U.S. and Canada. Harvest will ultimately give a better price picture. Good yields and quality in the U.S. and Canada would likely keep prices flat. Consider using the same pricing strategies for durum as marketing the hard red spring wheat crop.
