Elwynn Taylor's "Sweet 16" for tracking weather online By Tracy Sayler Recall that old E.F. Hutton commercial where people would freeze in place and stop what they're doing "because when E.F. Hutton talks, people listen." Elwynn Taylor, Iowa State University extension climatologist, is one who can shush the commodity trading pits. Elwynn tracks weather as it applies to farming, with an emphasis on the Corn Belt. And when Elwynn talks do-or-die weather during the growing season, traders listen. Elwynn has compiled a list of his favorite online weather sites which he calls his "Sweet 16."
